urordo is a local-first Windows organizer. Core file organization stays on your device. Optional Smart Mode only runs when you add your own Gemini API key.
urordo may read file names, paths, sizes, types, timestamps, and limited content needed to classify files locally when Smart Mode is enabled.
Settings, review history, rollback history, and routing preferences are stored locally on your device. If Smart Mode is enabled, urordo may send only the minimum necessary prompt data to Google's Gemini service using the API key you provide. The app may also check GitHub Releases for updates.
The app stores its operational data locally, including watched folders, review queue state, and rollback history. Any Gemini key you add is meant to stay on your device.
urordo does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Optional Smart Mode can contact Google Gemini. Update checks may contact GitHub Releases. This website loads Google Fonts.
